Dukes of Ale

Greetings

Welcome to the Dukes of Ale Homebrew Club, Albuquerque, New Mexico serving the local homebrewing community by sharing ideas on what and how to brew, and by holding competitions.

January Events:

Meeting, Wednesday, January 4th, starting 6:30pm at Nexus Brewery. We will have a brainstorm session to come up with ideas/activities for the coming year and, as always, we will taste the brews that you bring.

February Events:

Meeting, Wednesday, February 1st, starting 6:30pm at La Cumbre. We will have a Club Only Competition for Dark Lagers – BJCP Category 4 – You must be logged in as a user with a mailing address to register and entry, (click here to register entries and generate bottle labels), Review of Stout – BJCP Category 13, present a discussion of Yeast, and outline the schedule for the year, asking for volunteer to help with some of the activities – and tasting of beers that you bring.

Club Only Competitions

Next Club Only Competitions:
Dark Lagers BJCP Category 4, February.
Stouts – BJCP Category 13, March.
Scottish and Irish Ale – BJCP Category 9, May.
